Preparing for college
College is a unique time in the life of a new student. Every thing is new, unfamiliar and exciting. There are new people, new environment, new freedom(s) and most importantly new expectations. New expectations come in many small and large packages that require students/young adults to make choices and decisions that they have never made for themselves independently and it can be challenging. This is why many colleges and universities have instituted college orientations and various intervention to assist students with these new expectations. Preparing for a career
Did you know there are opportunities for high school students and others, 18 and over, to go to school for 18 months, graduate with a technician degree in a career field that currently has over 600,000 openings nationwide! Current starting pay for this career field is between $25-$30 per hour. Many technicians make over $49 an hour due to overtime and high demand. How wonderful would it be for a person who is as young as 20 years old to work in a career field where YOU have over 600,000 options! This is an option for you.
